Lizzie is just the sweetest! I had her watch my dog for the day and she was such a delight. She made me feel comfortable leaving and I had no worries after going through everything. What services do you offer?
We offer drop-in visits, daily visits, overnight farm-watch, grooming, exercise, and even commissioned pet portraits! Check out our “Services” tab at the top of the page. Need something we don’t offer? Just ask!
How far in advance do I need to book?
The earlier the better! But, at a minimum we recommend reaching out two weeks before the anticipated start date. Once you reach out, we will schedule a free consultation at your farm, and from there we will confirm your booking and ask you to fill out our intake form.
Are there discounts for long-term care?
Yes! We offer reduced rates based on the duration of care. Discounts will automatically be applied for stays 1 week, 2, week, and 1+ month in length. Need multiple months of care (such as for injury/illness recovery, or extended work travel)? Ask us about options for additional discounts!
I live outside of Lane County, can I still use Willamette Valley Farm Sitting?
Please reach out if you’re located outside of our usual service area. We may be able to accommodate you, especially if you are requesting overnight care.
Are there any discounts for care that takes very little time?
There are! If you live within the immediate Eugene area, and care will take under 30 minutes per visit, we will happily discount our services. Note: this only applies for basic and standard care.
How do I pay?
We offer flexible payment systems. Are you old-school? Feel free to pay with cash or check. Tech savvy? We accept payment through PayPal, Square, and even Venmo.
Payment is due in full on the first day of service.
Are your services refundable if I have a last minute change of plans?
If you cancel within 1 week of service, there is a $50 fee. Within 48 hours of service, there is a $75 fee.
